Bikram Yoga

Have you heard about Bikram Yoga? It's yoga in a heated room (usually 40-42*C), like in a sauna. The purpose is to make you sweat, which is said to rid the body of toxins. It also makes the body very warm, therefore more flexible for stretching.
As the winter is getting worst, I am at the moment looking for wellness, restoration, rejuvenation, relieve stress and tension. I've been having a winter blues, so I'm looking for Bikram Yoga in Cedar Rapids, not Iowa City. Does anybody know?
